    Description

    Very sweet and rare antique doll with a mohair body, dress, hood and boots and a celluloid face.
    Mohair is a light faded pink. Body is in good shape - the pinned arms need to be secured better. Celluloid face needs repair or replaced.
    So unusual to find a doll like this with a dress and laced up boots rather than the typical teddy bear body.
    About 10 inches tall. Belonged to a friend’s grandmother.
    I am not a doll expert but I am guessing this doll to be from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Would love more information from anyone who might be able to share more. No labels or markings that I could find.
