Payments are always accepted via PayPal only unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Fixed Prices auctions require immediate payment unless other arrangements are made in advance.  If you place multiple items in your cart and want to combine shipping to save money we will refund the difference back to you for the reduced shipping cost.  Please contact us in advance if we can assist to make it easier for you.
Auctions or when immediate payment is not required.  Payments are required within 48 hours of purchase unless arrangements have been made in advance.

of the buyer and are NOT included in the final purchase price.
Shipping
Fees could include insurance if applicable in the item details.  When shipping is included any damage or loss resulting from the carrier will be resolved via a claim to the insurance provider. Damage caused by the carrier is not considered to be an item not as described and a cause for return.
We take care in packaging our items and take every reasonable precaution to reduce damage during shipping.  If you have special requirements please let us know in advance, so we can be proactive in preventing damage, extra fees could be applicable.
When possible a signature will be required to prevent any losses due to theft.
Shipping is to the buyers verified PayPal address.  Any changes requested by the buyer to an address other than their verified PayPal address will result in the buyer assuming all liability of the item during shipping.
Tracking of shipments:  Often the tracking of packages is limited and is not guaranteed.  Every effort will be made to assist the buyer with the tracking of packages.  USPS will most often only update the tracking upon arrival at the local post office just prior to delivery.  This is often the case with international shipments as the service varies by country.
Refusal of a package by the buyer or should a package be considered undeliverable by the carrier.  The buyer will not be refunded the original shipping cost and a restocking fee could apply.  In cases where the terms of sale are such there no refunds are offered an automatic 50% restocking will be applied.  The item must be received back in its original undamaged condition.
Terms of Sale
Unless specifically stated the item is not graded or in a specific condition often referred to by collectors. A warranty is not expressed or implied to an item's collectability or graded condition.  All items are expected to have shelf wear and possible price sticker residue.  Buyers are encouraged to ask questions and request specific pictures to validate an items condition that meets their requirements.
Items that are returned when a buyer refuses delivery are subject to the following:
If the item is listed as no returns accepted and the item is received back in its original condition undamaged a 50% restocking fee will apply and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Minor scuffing and imperfections in the items box are considered normal and not a condition for returning an item for the reason of "item not as described".  Buyer's abusing eBay's return policy will be reported to eBay.  Please request pictures of the specific item that you wish to purchase in order to avoid any disappointment with the items condition.
