This should be a simple fix at any Hobby Lobby  or Michaels crafts store. Interior parts etc. interior pics show that all the sides snap together securely. Top just lifts off easily to play inside from the top .
Comes apart and assembles very solid. Solid wood construction. Discontinued style. Great generational toy to be handed down .
