flask with Fleur Di Lis

Description

I have had this piece for a long time.  The metal could be cleaned but it looks so much better this way, broken in.  Either way, its a great piece just to have.  It is stamped underneath, what is says is your guess as good as mine.
I have never drank from it or put any liquids in it either.
