    Description

    This is one of the most sought after (and valuable) of George Herron’s spectacularly perfect custom knives, his large interframe folder, with gorgeous burl wood handles and that perfect mirror finish throughout.
    This one is totally mint, numbered 95, meaning the 95th folding knife (of only about 400 total) made by Mr. Herron, as the folders were numbered separately from the fixed blades. This one dates from the mid-eighties, probably during the first few years after he had moved his shop to Springfield, SC, as shown by the etched (rather than earlier stamped) “Herron” logo.
    Measures approximately 4 1/4” closed, 7 3/4” open.
