This is a listing for an r/c Boat Stern Drive that is adjustable on length & angle . It is made from aluminum , It was only removed from original sealed bad to picture and put back into zip lock bag .  This is made for a 3/16 flex cable and it is over 3 inches long as pictured , and 1 1/2 high at the mounting bracket .  It is for a good size boat 40-50 inches .
