Vintage 0 to 6 Childrens Tooth Record Chart by Rowoco - Nursery Dentist

Description

This very different child’s tooth record would be perfect for a dentist office, school nurse station or your child’s room at home.  The linen ‘Tooth Chart’ is 58” long by 4 ¼” wide.
The top of the chart says ‘Tooth Record of ___________’ (place for child’s name).  Below are the following passages:
‘Now use each tooth to mark the date, they come and go at quite a rate!’
‘A smile so bright, no tooth in sight’  (picture of baby)
‘Incisors Upper, Incisors Lower’ (pictures of 4 upper & lower teeth)

There is a small spot to the right of the girl in the dentist’s chair (see picture).  The stain may come out with washing, I am leaving the cleaning to the new owner.  There are two reinforced holes at the top of the chart for hanging.
