X-Large ≈2” flower shaped shell button vintage antique carved etched button MOP

Description

This listing is for an X-Large antique/vintage abalone or mother of pearl (MOP) approximately 2” five petal flower shaped button. It has two holes in the middle. It measures just under two inches across at 1 15/16” in diameter.
Unsure which side is the front because both sides are lovely. On one side it is a pearly reflective smooth surface and on the other side it has a carved/etched/engraved pattern that adds to the flower shape design that shows some of the pearly quality as seen in the photographs.
Condition is "Used" because I cannot determine if it was ever used or not. It’s in great condition.
Can be used on clothing, added to a button collection, for crafts, millinery, or other creative project ideas.
